Adult Submission, please include:

* Cover Letter: Describing your background--where you are from, how you got into this business, your career aspirations, your training and education, as well as any special ablities including sports, languages, etc.
* Type of representation you are seeking
* Current Resume
* Head Shots/Comp card
* Demo Reel (if available)

Youth (newborn-18) Submission, please include:

* Cover Letter: Introduction of parent(s) and the youth talent, must include youth talent's birthdate and year
* Type of representation you are seeking
* Current Resume
* Head Shots/Comp card/Candid shot
* Demo Reel (if available)
